4: small water absorption, small shrinkage, high dimensional accuracy, good dimensional stability, thin film permeability is small; belong to self extinguishing material;

5: stable to light. Not resistant to UV, good weather resistance; oil resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, oxidation of acids and amines, ketones, soluble in chlorinated hydrocarbons and aromatic solvents, long-term easily in water caused by hydrolysis and cracking, the disadvantage is due to poor anti fatigue intensity, prone to stress cracking, poor solvent resistance and wear resistance under

PET plate is the abbreviation for terephthalate Polyethylene, for short, PET board or PETP board. Polyethylene terephthalate, referred to as polyester plate.

Main characteristics of PET board:

Mechanical strength, rigidity, high hardness. Sliding wear resistance and good strength, electrical insulation good, very good creep resistance, low and stable coefficient of friction, excellent abrasion resistance (compared with nylon better), very good dimensional stability is better than that of POM, physiological inert (suitable for contact with food). Weather resistance, chemical resistance stability good, bibulous rate is low, acid resistance and organic solvent. Not resistant to hot water immersion and not alkali resistant.
